Allow 3 hours for tuition and the boat Dive - participants must be able to swim well and be comfortable in deeper ocean water. Learn to PADI Scuba Dive at the stunning Marine Reserve, Coromandel Peninsula. Full training at our PADI Dive Centre. PADI eLearning available. With the Marine Reserve only 5-10 minutes boat ride, certified divers can book on our dive boat. Snorkelers are welcome on the boat trips, or call into our store in Hahei and grab your snorkel gear, before taking the 5-10 minute walk in.

7. Cave Cruzer Boat Tours
A photographers dream our open boat offers 360 degree unimpeded views & has access to smaller caves others don't. View sea life with purpose built all up front seating allowing everyone direct access to the see abundant sea life in the Marine Reserve. No roof means you can see out through the top of blowholes, inside caves & the majestic landscape. Check out the inside of Cooks Beach Blowhole then visit the Cathedral Cove along stunning coastline toward Hot Water Beach. Snorkelling is an option. Cave Cruzer holds a marine mammal watch permit & our schedule allows us to get closer for longer if seals, dolphin or orca are seen.
