- • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Once you arrive at the airport you need find the tourist meeting point or 'pre-booked transfer' kiosk left side of the arrival gate. There is only 1 arrival gate. • Once you meet your driver, you need to confirm and check your name by the booking voucher. • Our maximum waiting time at the airport is 90mins. If you are going to late, you should contact us asap. If you are not coming out to the gate within our waiting time without contact, it will process as NO-SHOW.
